Last day in Tuscany

It's our last day in Lucca Italy. Our Europe trip is coming to an end. We got up early and we went to an Italian cooking class. It was called Extra Virgin Lucca Cooking and Giuseppe was our chef. He did a wonderful job and it was a lot of fun. We made Risotto with spinach and G'nudi with ricotta cheese. We also made an artichoke salad and for dessert we prepared a lemon custard with a special type of dessert bread. The lemon custard dessert topped with fresh fruit was so good. We walked back to our villa to enjoy some time on the terrace and some fresh air. We ended our evening while riding bikes on the Walls of Lucca and then to dinner. We got gelato on our way home at a homemade gelato spot. We leave for Florence tomorrow!
